Getting Started with CA APM Command Center
Watch this short video to get an overview of the basic functionality of CA APM Command Center.
After a successful installation of your agent network, you can start exploring the properties of all your agents from one central location.
You can display locally stored agent properties by selecting an agent from the list. Each agent is checked and its properties are updated in a 24-hour interval (heartbeat).
Start by searching for specific agents using the search bar.
If you want to get a deeper insight into a particular agent, generate a report. Diagnostic reports provide you with full details about an agent. You can scroll through the detailed agent properties, or download a ZIP file that contains all the details, including the log and configuration files. You can use this ZIP file in communication when referring to this particular agent.
